SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer our Too Cool For School Kids Magazine Subscription with free UK shipping! All initial orders are shipped out the next working day via Royal Mail Delivery. Subsequent subscription orders are dispatched on the last working day of each month. All orders shipped with Royal Mail Delivery will be tracked and delivered within 2-3 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Kids Magazine Subscription refund and exchange policy is simple: subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If the payment for that month has already been taken, you will still receive the subscription benefits until the following month. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. In the event that a magazine arrives with unreasonable damage, we are happy to replace it free of charge, just get in touch with us via email or via our contact page and we will help you get any issues resolved.
